A Thank You Letter to Our Supporters

Dear Friends,

As I sit down to write this blog, my heart is full of gratitude. At Start 1 Spark, we are constantly reminded of the incredible power of community—the power of you. Your support, generosity, and belief in our mission make everything we do possible, and I want to take a moment to say thank you.

This year, because of your contributions, we were able to purchase new uniforms for the Falling Creek Middle School soccer team who made it to the championship game this season. Every success we celebrate is a reflection of your kindness and commitment to helping others.

I think of Coach Carter at John Rolfe Middle School who was speechless at receiving a batting cage. Coach Carter shared how amazing of an opportunity the batting cage would provide for training and practice, especially since many of the baseball and softball players have never played before. Those words of appreciation are for you.

When we face challenges, as nonprofits often do, it’s your unwavering support that keeps us going. It’s the small monthly donations that add up to something transformative. It’s the volunteers who give their time, energy, and heart to make our operations run smoothly. It’s the supporters who routinely drop off snack kits to energize our students. It’s the donors who believe in our vision and help us turn dreams into realities.

Please know this: your impact is immeasurable.

On behalf of our Board and the students and schools we serve, thank you for being part of our journey. Thank you for standing with us through every challenge and triumph. Thank you for believing in the power of dreams and inspiration.

As we look to the future, we know that there is so much more work to do. But with your continued support, I am confident we can accomplish even greater things together.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our family. You are truly making a difference, and we are endlessly grateful for you.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Amber
